1. What Sanjeevani Concierge Does
We help international patients access medical treatment at NABH/JCI-accredited hospitals in India by:
- Arranging free pre-travel video consultations with treating doctors
- Preparing fixed-price, itemised treatment packages
- Assisting with e-Medical Visa applications
- Coordinating airport transfers, hotel accommodation, and ground logistics
- Providing case managers who accompany patients through their treatment journey
- Facilitating 90-day post-discharge tele follow-up with treating doctors
2. What We Do Not Do
- We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes — surgery has inherent risk
- We do not employ the doctors or hospital staff at our partner hospitals
- We do not store or transmit medical records beyond what is required for coordination
3. Free Consultation
The initial video consultation with a treating doctor is provided free of charge, with no obligation to proceed. Consultations are typically 20 minutes and conducted by the doctor who would perform the procedure.
4. Packages and Pricing
- All packages are itemised, with hospital tariff and Sanjeevani Concierge service fee shown separately
- Prices are quoted in USD and are fixed at time of booking confirmation
- Package prices do not include international flights unless explicitly stated
- Additional charges may apply for complications requiring extended hospital stay (complications insurance available for $200)
5. Payments
- Payment is due only after you accept a written quote
- We accept international wire transfer, Razorpay (credit/debit card), and approved international payment methods
- We comply with RBI FEMA regulations for inward remittance (code S1101)
- We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or hawala transactions
6. Cancellations and Refunds
See our Refund Policy for full details. Summary:
- 100% refund if cancelled before flight booking
- Pro-rated refund after flight booking, subject to hotel/hospital cancellation terms
- Service fee is non-refundable once the doctor consultation has been conducted
7. Medical Disclaimer
All medical information on this website is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified physician. Sanjeevani Concierge does not make clinical recommendations — these are made by the treating doctor during the video consultation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sanjeevani Concierge's maximum liability to any patient is limited to the service fee paid to Sanjeevani Concierge (not the hospital charges). We carry ₹1 crore professional indemnity insurance. Hospital clinical liability rests with the hospital and treating doctor.
9. Grievance Mechanism
- Level 1: Email care@sanjeevaniconcierge.in — response within 48 hours
- Level 2: NABH grievance portal (once MVTF empanelment is complete)
- Level 3: Ministry of Tourism "Heal in India" helpline
- Level 4: Your country's Indian embassy
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via WhatsApp or email at least 14 days before taking effect.
