Important: Sanjeevani Concierge is a Medical Value Travel Facilitator. We are not a hospital, we do not provide medical treatment, and we do not employ doctors. All clinical decisions are made by independent doctors at our partner hospitals.

The initial video consultation with a treating doctor is provided free of charge, with no obligation to proceed. Consultations are typically 20 minutes and conducted by the doctor who would perform the procedure.

All medical information on this website is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified physician. Sanjeevani Concierge does not make clinical recommendations — these are made by the treating doctor during the video consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sanjeevani Concierge's maximum liability to any patient is limited to the service fee paid to Sanjeevani Concierge (not the hospital charges). We carry ₹1 crore professional indemnity insurance. Hospital clinical liability rests with the hospital and treating doctor.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
