Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to the Sanjeevani Concierge service fee and the portions of the package managed by us. Hospital and hotel cancellation charges are subject to each partner's own policies, which we will communicate to you before booking.

Medical Cancellation / Force Majeure
If you cancel due to a documented medical deterioration that makes travel inadvisable (supported by a treating doctor's letter), we will:
- Waive the Sanjeevani Concierge service fee cancellation penalty
- Advocate with the hospital and hotel on your behalf for maximum possible refund
- Help rebook at no additional service fee within 12 months
Complications During Treatment
If a surgical complication requires an extended hospital stay:
- The treating hospital bears clinical responsibility for managing the complication
- Extended hospital stay costs beyond the agreed package are subject to the hospital's own billing
- If you purchased complications insurance ($200 add-on), it covers extended stay and re-operation costs up to the insured limit
- Sanjeevani Concierge will assist with liaison at no additional coordination fee
How to Request a Refund
- Email care@sanjeevaniconcierge.in with subject line: "Cancellation Request — [Your Name] — [Treatment]"
- Include your booking reference and reason for cancellation
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Refunds to original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval
- International wire refunds may take 5–7 additional banking days
