1. Who We Are

Sanjeevani Concierge Private Limited ("Sanjeevani Concierge", "we", "us") is a Medical Value Travel Facilitator registered in India, with its principal place of business at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow 226010, Uttar Pradesh. We are not a hospital and do not provide medical treatment.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

Identity data: name, age, nationality, passport details (when required for visa assistance)
Contact data: WhatsApp/phone number, email address
Health data: medical diagnosis, reports, prescriptions, imaging shared for treatment planning (Sensitive Personal Data under DPDP)
Travel data: travel dates, airport, preferred hotel tier
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (for analytics — only with consent)
Financial data: payment confirmation references (we do not store card numbers)

3. How We Use Your Data

To arrange free video consultations with partner doctors
To prepare treatment quotes and all-inclusive packages
To assist with e-Medical / e-AYUSH visa applications
To coordinate airport pickups, hotel bookings, and ground transfers
To share relevant reports with treating doctors at partner hospitals (only with your written or digital consent)
To conduct post-discharge tele follow-up (Day 30 / 60 / 90)
To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

We do not use your health data for marketing without separate explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Consent: You provide explicit consent before we process health data (checkbox on consultation form)
Contract: Processing necessary to fulfil the service you request
Legal obligation: Where required by Indian law (GST, FEMA, DPDP)

5. How We Store and Protect Your Data

All data stored in India on encrypted servers (AES-256 at rest)
Data in transit protected by TLS 1.3
Access restricted to staff who need it for your case
Health documents deleted from our systems 90 days after case closure, unless you request longer retention
We do not store medical records beyond what is needed for coordination

6. Who We Share Your Data With

Partner hospitals and doctors: Only the specific clinician coordinating your case, and only with your consent
Visa processing: Name and diagnosis category shared with visa facilitation agent (Indian embassy requirements)
Travel partners: Name and arrival details shared with airport transfer/hotel partners for logistics
Payment processors: Razorpay / bank for payment verification (subject to their privacy policies)
No sale of data: We never sell personal data to third parties

7. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

Right to access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Right to grievance redressal: Raise a complaint with our Data Protection Officer
Right to nominate: Nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf
